The Eastern Chapter of the Missouri Rehabilitation Association, in conjunction with the Maryville
University Student Rehabilitation Counseling Association, is hosting its First Annual all Music Trivia
Night, to be held on Friday, February 26, 2010. United Access, located at 9389 Natural Bridge Road
in St. Louis, has generously agreed to provide space for the event. Register now for $20 per person
or $160 per table. Soft drinks and snacks will be provided, but feel free to bring your own munchies
and adult beverages. We do ask that you please drink responsibly and assign a designated driver.
The deadline to register is Tuesday, February 23, 2010.

Sponsorship opportunities are available. You or your arganization may become a GOLD SPONSOR
for a donation of $300, which will provide you with the opportunity to display signage at the event, have
your name and logo included in all publicity, and you may distribute information at the event and have
one free table of 8. SILVER SPONSORS may donate $150 and will ahve their name featured as a
SILVER SPONSOR on all tables. BRONZE SPONSORS may donate $75 and will have their name
featured as sponsor of one round of 10 questions of triviia (limited to 10 sponsors).
