Paulina Gravelin is an Employment Specialist at MERS Goodwill Industries, where she focuses on Discovery & Exploration, Job Development, and Placement Services. Having started as a job coach, her passion for helping individuals succeed in the workforce led her to transition into the Employment Specialist role. With a strong background in sales and recruiting, Paulina uses her expertise to build meaningful relationships with employers and create mutually beneficial opportunities for both employers and job seekers.

Cim Holker is an Employment Specialist at MERS Goodwill Industries, where she focuses on  Job Development, and Placement Services. Cim is passionate about working with individuals and helping them to find the right job.  This is what has led to a long- term career path in employment services with MERS Goodwill. Cim’s experience spans from management, human resources, and working with disabled individuals at the Greene County Public Administrator’s Office. Cim is devoted to making a difference in the lives of others.
