About

In this interactive session, we will explore a wide range of accommodations, apps, and workplace strategies that individuals can implement independently or with support to boost productivity and success in both professional and personal settings. Participants will gain insights into practical solutions designed to improve efficiency, organization, and overall effectiveness.

We will discuss:

  •  A variety of accommodations that can be tailored to individual needs

  •  Apps that support focus, time management, task completion and more

  •  Workplace hacks that enhance workflow and reduce common barriers

  •  Real-life success stories and personal experiences shared by all of us

This session is designed to blur the line between client-centered solutions and tools that counselors, coaches, and other professionals can also benefit from in their own work.
